Shipping Policy

UK orders < litre in size are shipped within 24 hours of purchase via Royal Mail (registered post) using their next day delivery service

UK orders > litre in size are shipped within 24 hours of willing bid via Interlink express Parcel couriers, using their overnight delivery service

International shipping can be arranged, please contact us for a quotation prior to making your purchase

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders except those sent via Royal Mail, please check spam folders if you do not receive this within 48 hrs. They are automatically generated and e-mailed for every order!

Return Policy

Suntana is deeply committed to customer satisfaction. In the unlikely case that there is a flaw with a product that we have delivered, the customer has the option of having the product replaced in a timely manner at no additional cost. Warranties for tanning machines will, of course, be honoured for the full length of the guarantee associated with that particular product. The guarantee is for any defects in manufacturer quality or workmanship.

 

Suntana does not guarantee or offer any refunds on merchandise due to customer mishandling of that product, or returns "at will" due to a change of mind after the purchase and delivery of a product. For example, if you purchase a tanning machine and then decide to remove tanning from your salon; that would not qualify for our product guarantee.

 

Suntana tanning solution has enjoyed tremendous success in the tanning marketplace. All sunless tanning solution, by its very nature, has different results on different skin types, and when different application processes are used. Every client has different preferences for solution performance and colour results. We have made every effort to make it extremely affordable to sample our Suntana tanning solution. We encourage anyone who is trying our solution for the first time to purchase a 250ml bottle of the desired solution strength to test on your clients before investing in a larger amount of solution. Please note, we do not offer refunds, or store credits to customers who are sampling the solution for the first time.

 

Our tanning machines automatically come with a full 1 year warranty on all parts. Customers who purchase one of our tanning machines must take into account the noise-level requirements of their intended workspace, as returns due to higher-than-expected noise levels will not be honoured. You should know and consider your specific workspace prior to making any purchases. Salons who require a quieter HVLP unit, should consider the MaxiMist for their particular location.
